Before hot stamping, ensure that the surface of the clothing or item is clean and free of dust, oil stains, and other impurities. You can use cleaning agents or water to clean and ensure that the surface is completely dry.

2、 Hot stamping process

1. Adjust temperature and pressure:

Adjust the temperature of the hot drilling machine according to the material and size of the hot drilling machine. Normally, higher temperatures can improve the firmness of hot stamping, but be careful not to exceed the temperature range that the material can withstand.

Use appropriate pressure to place the hot drilling machine in the hot drilling position, avoiding excessive or insufficient pressure to prevent crushing of objects or unstable hot drilling.

For larger diamonds or thick clothing, front ironing may not be enough to completely melt the adhesive on the back. At this point, it is recommended to iron the front of the garment, then flip it over and iron the back of the rhinestone to ensure that the glue is completely melted and firmly bonded.

4. Use auxiliary materials:

In some cases, such as when using low-temperature products like acrylic, a high-temperature cloth can be added to the surface to reduce surface damage, or the clothing and materials can be reversed at the same time and heated and pressurized from the bottom.

3、 Subsequent processing

1. Natural cooling:

After the hot stamping is completed, do not immediately touch or move the hot stamping position, let it cool naturally for a period of time to ensure that the hot stamping is fully fixed on the item.

2. Proper maintenance:

When cleaning, clothes should be washed on the opposite side and hand washed in cold water, avoiding machine washing and forcefully wringing out. At the same time, do not soak in laundry detergent for too long, and do not use a washing machine to dehydrate to avoid rhinestones falling off.

4、 Precautions

During the hot stamping process, attention should be paid to safe operation to avoid scalding oneself or damaging clothing.

Different materials of clothing and hot stamping may require different hot stamping conditions (such as temperature, time, etc.), so it is best to conduct small-scale testing before actual operation.
